Hello, I’m Amber a Psychiatric NP with a decade of experience in mental health, beginning my nursing career in 2008 after serving in the U.S. Navy. In 2016, I transitioned into the field of mental health, where I discovered a strong passion for psychiatric care. I earned my Master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and became a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in 2022. I am dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate, and evidence-based care, and I remain committed to ongoing education and professional development to stay current with advancements in psychiatric practice.

We provide comprehensive psychiatric medication management encompassing the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Our approach emphasizes integrated care that supports the physical and emotional well-being of our patients. As part of our commitment to personalized treatment, we now offer Spravato (18 and up) for treatment Resistant Depression and GeneSight testing.

The most convenient way to access our office is via North 9th Street, rather than Sagamore Parkway. From Sagamore Parkway (SR 52), turn south onto Duncan Road. At the stoplight, turn left onto North 9th Street. Continue under the overpass, and take the first left after that. Enter the parking lot, and you will find our office suite on the right, inside the building.
This is usually a 60-minute session where we will discuss history, symptoms, and treatment options
This is usually a 20–30-minute appointment to go over medications and check on symptoms
We understand things come up, but a 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations and reschedule of appointments. If you fail to adhere to this policy, you will pay the cancellation fee before the next appointment can be scheduled.
This is per transaction for FMLA or Disability paperwork
We also offer sliding scale fees for patients- please inquire with our office.
